Collection Appointment
Service Description
Once you've been notified that your items are ready for collection, please book in for an appointment on this service. I have allowed 10 minutes per collection however it may not take this long, it's opportunity for you to have a look at your items before you get them home!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment you are able to do this yourself in your members log in area - please sign in with the email address you entered when you booked an appointment. It will allow you to move your booking to another vacant space. You are able to do this up to 2 days before an appointment. If you wish to cancel an appointment completely please let me know as soon as possible. You will be entitled to a full refund up to 48 hours before your appointment time. After this you forfeit the deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment we will retain your fee and you must book another appointment to come to visit the studio.
