Play with Clay: Newmilns Lace trinkets trays and bowls

As part of the Newmilns Lace festival, celebrating 150 years of Newmilns Lace I am running this lovely 'Play with Clay' technique workshop.

You don't need to have any experience of clay work, I will take you through it step by step, using real lace direct from the local factories.

It's your choice to make trinket trays, or bowls, or both! You can make whatever size/as many as you like with the clay you are given.

After the workshop these will be dried and fired in the kiln (approx 3-4 weeks) . You can leave them white glazed or come back to paint a colour free of charge at a later date.

There's free parking nearby, hot drinks are available to purchase, and all materials, tools and tuition are included.
